“中国视谷”作为部省市区合作共建项目，按照“数字安防-视觉智能-智能物联”的产业跃升路径，构建了“一园窗口，双核引领，四区协同，全域联动”产业空间总体格局，并以萧山区为建设主阵地，以杭州高新区（滨江）萧山特别合作园①为示范窗口，围绕“三层七端多元”产业体系②构建新质生产力的全要素矩阵，全力打造杭州智能物联产业生态圈标志性成果、城市产业新名片、国家经济地理新地标。

Introduction to Vision Valley of China
Vision Valley of China (VVC) is a world-class advanced manufacturing cluster under construction. It focuses on visual intelligence applicable to all possible scenarios, in pursuit of the interplay between the digital technology and the real economy, and aims to achieve an economy of one trillion yuan. Supported by its efficient collaboration and complete industrial system, VVC will become a magnet for innovation elements and manufacture products at the higher-end of the value chain once completed.
As a project jointly developed by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Zhejiang Province, Hangzhou City and its municipal districts, VVC has made a tailored overall development planning for industrial upgrading from digital security to visual intelligence and further to intelligent IoT: centering around the development of Xiaoshan and Binjiang districts that drives the cooperation of neighboring Yuhang and Qiantang districts, VVC takes the Xiaoshan Special Cooperation Park of Hangzhou High-tech Zone (Binjiang)① as a “window” for demonstration. It aims to create a collection of total factors for new quality productive forces based on its well-organized industrial system②, with a view to becoming a signature program of intelligent IoT industrial ecosystem in Hangzhou, a new hallmark of Hangzhou’s industries, and a new landmark that presents the advancements of China’s economy.

① The Xiaoshan Special Cooperation Park of Hangzhou Hi-tech Zone (Binjiang) has a planned area of 13.48 square kilometers, including three sections: Sanjiang Innovative Intelligent City, Future Industrial Community, and Purple Orange, Blue Orange and Hutouchen Industrial Parks.
② The industrial system focuses on three levels (basics, technology, and application) and seven aspects (digital security, industrial vision, intelligent connected vehicles, medical imaging, smart life and office, visual reality and metaverse, and special imaging) for diversified scenarios.
